2013 CrossFit Games: Canada East Regional

I'm getting in the last of my 2013 CrossFit Games regional blog posts just under the wire as we are about to get under way with the Open for 2014.  This was my first trip to the city of Toronto, and man was it cold!  I wish we had time to see more of the city, but we did come across the coolest little breakfast cafe called School.  And we made the one-hour trek to Niagra Falls.  It was amazing.  And so were the incredible athletes of this region!  After all, it is home to some big names in the CrossFit Games like Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, Albert-Dominic Larouche, and Michelle Letendre. Good times!

Best in the NW Region 2013

Kent, Washington was home to one fantastic fitness competition this month.  In their journey down the "Road to the Fittest" these amazing athletes outperformed the rest during the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games NW Regional.  I am happy to introduce the top finishers in the individual and team divisions, and will be following them to the finals in Los Angeles later this summer.  Stay tuned!
