The CrossFit Games - Northwest Regional

The great thing about coming home is seeing your family and friends.  This homecoming was especially exciting as I was able to meet up with all of my CrossFit Fort Vancouver friends as they prepared for their own competition.  There are so many great athletes in the Pacific NW.  Get ready for a special tribute to my friends, colleagues and the community we call "home."  Team Green…my team!
