2013 CrossFit Games: Canada East Regional

I'm getting in the last of my 2013 CrossFit Games regional blog posts just under the wire as we are about to get under way with the Open for 2014.  This was my first trip to the city of Toronto, and man was it cold!  I wish we had time to see more of the city, but we did come across the coolest little breakfast cafe called School.  And we made the one-hour trek to Niagra Falls.  It was amazing.  And so were the incredible athletes of this region!  After all, it is home to some big names in the CrossFit Games like Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, Albert-Dominic Larouche, and Michelle Letendre. Good times!
